We have a 7 day exchange policy for products that are considered defective or materially different from the item ordered. The hair must be in its original luxury packaging and in resalable condition. Please keep in mind that if the hair has been worn, installed, permed, rinsed, processed and untied from bundle packaging this voids the exchange and the items will be returned back to the customer and marked as final sale.
