What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% human hair from a single donor. It is hair that has absolutely no processing, chemicals, dyes, fillers or mixing of animal fibers. The cuticles are intact and no two bundles look alike. This is the purest form of hair.
How often do I need to wash my hair extensions?
We suggest washing your extensions every one to two weeks to prevent product buildup.
Can I dye, bleach or apply heat to my hair extensions?
You can definitely color and bleach your hair extensions. It’s advisable to consult with a professional colorist or hair stylist for optimal results. Treat this hair as you would your own, as it’s raw hair, and you can safely apply heat up to 450 degrees. After using heat, your raw hair extensions will return to their natural curls or waves when washed or sprayed with water.
Do you offer wholesale or samples?
Thank you for your interest but as of now we are not offering wholesale services or samples.
Do you sell wigs?
Yes we do (currently discontinued) , we sell lace front wigs and you can also have a Professional hairstylist make a custom wig from our weft hair using a closure or frontal.
Do you have bundle deals?
Yes we have bundle deals and also individual bundles. The prices listed are for a single bundle of hair or bundle deals.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow for a processing time of 3 to 5 business days for your order. Once processed, your order will be shipped, and you can expect to receive your package within 3 to 5 business days in the US.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Unfortunately due to federal health regulations and the nature of this product we can not offer refunds. We have a 7 day exchange policy for our products. The hair must be in its original luxury packaging and in resalable condition. Please keep in mind that if the hair has been worn, installed, permed, rinsed, processed and untied from bundle packaging this voids the exchange and the items will be returned back to the customer and marked as final sale. Can I cancel my order?
We do not offer order cancellations please choose you raw extensions carefully before placing an order.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now
Please be sure to check that you are entering the correct address. Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped to the address specified by the customer we can no longer accept responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Our free shipping takes 3 to 5 business days after the order has processed and you can also choose to pay for overnight shipping to receive your order faster (if applicable).

Take for instance our Pure Indian Wavy hair, it is sourced from a single donor, this 100% unprocessed Indian hair has intact cuticles to prevent tangling and is never subjected to chemicals or steam processing, which means the hair not only feels and looks great, but is able to blend in with many hair textures for a gorgeous natural look. With no two bundles being alike, this hair also features a bouncy and wavy pattern with medium to low luster that you’ll absolutely adore! Additionally, you’ll love the convenience this hair offers by bouncing back to its original state after being washed even if it’s been exposed to heat, dye or any form of styling. How much hair will I need?
8”- 18”: you will need 2 - 3 bundles (depending on desired style)
20”- 30”: you will need 3 - 5 bundles (depending on desired style)

⚠️Please keep in mind that raw hair comes from a single donor and no two bundles will look exactly alike. We will try our best to match each bundle as closely as possible. The length of our hair extensions is measured when the hair is pulled out straight.
Model is wearing 3 bundles of 24" and a 22" matching frontal.
All orders are processed anywhere from 3 - 5 business days before shipment. After processing, orders will be shipped and will arrive within 3 - 5 business days. Orders on weekends will start processing on Monday and will ship out accordingly. We do not ship items on holidays.
Pure Deluxe Hair advises you to plan accordingly! We recommend waiting until your order is received before making any salon appointments as we will not be responsible for any missed or cancelled hair appointments.
