What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% human hair from a single donor. It is hair that has absolutely no processing, chemicals, dyes, fillers or mixing of animal fibers. The cuticles are intact and no two bundles look alike. This is the purest form of hair.
How often do I need to wash my hair extensions?
We recommend to wash your extensions at least once every week to prevent product build up.
Can I dye, bleach or apply heat to my hair extensions?
Yes you can color and bleach your hair extensions. Seek help from a professional colorist or hair stylist to achieve the best results. Treat this hair as if it’s your own because it’s raw hair so yes you can apply heat up to 450 degrees. After applying heat your raw hair extensions will revert back to its natural curls or waves after washing or using a spray bottle filled with water.
Do you offer wholesale or samples?
Thank you for your interest but as of now we are not offering wholesale or samples.
Do you sell wigs?
Yes we do, we sell lace front wigs and you can also have a Professional hairstylist make a custom wig from our weft hair using a closure or frontal.
Do you have bundle deals?
Yes we have bundle deals and also individual bundles. The prices listed are for a single bundle of hair or bundle deals.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 2 to 5 days to process your order (Due to COVID-19 we are experiencing shipping delays. ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED ANYWHERE FROM 3 - 8 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHIPMENT), after processing your order is shipped out and you will receive your package in 2 to 3 business days in the US.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Unfortunately due to federal health regulations and the nature of this product we can not offer refunds. We have a 7 day exchange policy for our products. The hair must be in its original luxury packaging and in resalable condition. Please keep in mind that if the hair has been worn, installed, permed, rinsed, processed and untied from bundle packaging this voids the exchange and the items will be returned back to the customer and marked as final sale. Can I cancel my order?
We do not offer order cancellations please choose you raw extensions carefully before placing an order.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now
Please be sure to check that you are entering the correct address. Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped to the address specified by the customer we can no longer accept responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Our free shipping takes 2 to 3 days after orders has processed and you can also choose to pay for overnight shipping to receive your order faster.
