Return & Exchange Policy
- Order Changes: We understand plans can change, but once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. This is because our products are processed immediately to ensure the highest quality for you. Please double-check your order and its processing time before completing your purchase.
- All sales are final. Due to federal health regulations and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for non-defective items. Please ensure you select the correct hair texture, length, and type when checking out.
- Exchanges or refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. The hair and packaging must be returned in their original state to qualify. Items that have been washed, combed, unraveled, picked out, brushed, dyed, chemically treated, cut, worn, used, or untied from bundle packaging will not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery; items received after this timeframe will not be eligible.

The hair must be in its original luxury packaging and in a resalable condition. Any item that does not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer as a final sale.
- To start the return process, email us at info@puredeluxehair.com with your name, order number, and photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Exchanges or refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
- Shipping: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Pure Deluxe Hair will cover all return shipping costs for these items. Returns or exchanges for any other reason, including preference, change of mind, or accidental ordering errors, are not accepted. If, in a rare case, shipping is required outside of what is covered, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund issued.
- Item value: Exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, the customer covers the difference.
- Please note: we do not issue refunds, exchanges or replacements of lace products (lace closures, frontals and wigs) due to its delicate nature and any products that have been removed from its original packaging
